What We Accept

Onesies, bibs, hats/beanies, shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, blankets, loveys, burp cloths, swaddles, baby towels, and bookbags.

What We Do NOT Accept

Leather or Silk Items of any kind

One Order Per Item

Each item requires its own separate order to ensure the correct name, font, thread color, and placement.

After You Order

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number, personalization details, and our shipping/drop-off address.

Preparing Your Items

Items must be clean,newor gently used, and free of stains or damage.Wedo not replace damaged items.

Include Your Order Number

Write your order number on paper and include it inside or on the outside of your package.No printer needed!

Turnaround Time

Most orders completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your items.

How We Size

We size the embroidery appropriately for the garment — no need to choose a size. Add special requests in the Notes field at checkout.

We Ship It Back — Free!

Once your item is embroidered, we ship it back to you free of charge.

What Happens If…

I send multiple items in one package?

No problem!Just make sure each item has its own separate order and include all order numbers on a single piece of paper inside the package.

I forget to include my order number?

Don't panic! Email us at treybatesdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a description of your item, and we'll match it up.

I send an item we can't embroider?

We'll reach out to let you know and ship it back to you at your cost. No embroidery charge — just a heads up so you can reorder with an eligible item.

My item arrives damaged or stained?

We inspect all items upon arrival. If we can't embroider it safely, we'll contact you before proceeding. We do not embroider damaged items and are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

What if something goes wrong during embroidery?

We treat every item like it's our own. In the rare event of a machine malfunction or unexpected issue, we'll contact you immediately. Please note that by placing an order, you understand that Patches On Caps cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied garments. We've been doing this a long time — but we want you to feel informed!
