HOW IT WORKS: BABY EMBROIDERY PERSONALIZATION

Bring Your Own Baby Apparel (BYOBA) We personalize your baby items with premium embroidery. You order online, then ship or drop off your items — we take care of the rest. This page explains exactly how the process works so your order is smooth, accurate, and stress‑free!

⭐️ 1. What We Accept We happily embroider most soft baby apparel and accessories: Onesies, Bibs, Hats / Beanies Shirts Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Blankets, Loveys (small comfort blankets), Burp cloths, Swaddles, Baby towels

⭐️ 2. What We Do NOT Accept To protect your items and ensure quality: ❌ Footed sleepers of any kind ❌ Leather items

⭐️ 3. One Order Per Item To avoid mistakes, each item requires its own order. If you have 3 items, please place 3 separate orders. This ensures: • The correct name or monogram goes on the correct item • The correct style goes on the correct item • The correct thread color goes on the correct item • The correct placement goes on the correct item This is standard for all personalization businesses.

⭐️ 4. After You Order You’ll receive an order confirmation email with: • Your order number • Your personalization details • Our shipping/drop‑off address • A link back to this page Keep this email — you’ll need the order number.

⭐️ 5. Preparing Your Items Please make sure your items are: • Clean • New or gently used • Free of stains or damage We do not replace damaged items.

⭐️ 6. Include Your Order Number You do NOT need a printer. Choose one of these options: ✔ Write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package. ✔ Write the order number on the outside of the package (big and clear). ✔ If you forget, we can still match your order using your name, return address, email, item count, and personalization details — but including the order number speeds things up.

⭐️ 7. Ship or Drop Off Your Items Patches On Caps 958 Moravian Falls Road Wilkesboro, NC 28697 You may ship your items or drop them off in person (Tuesday–Thursday, 9 AM–3 PM).

⭐️ 8. Turnaround Time Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your items. Large orders or specialty items may take longer.

⭐️ 9. How We Size Your Embroidery We size the embroidery appropriately for the garment. You do NOT need to choose a size. If you have a special request, add it in the Notes at checkout.

⭐️ 10. What Happens If… You send multiple items in one package: We will email you if additional orders are needed. You forget the order number: We can still manually match your items. You send an item we cannot embroider: We will contact you before proceeding. You send damaged items: We will not embroider them and will return them as‑is.
