Before anything goes into production, every order receives a digital mockup. This shows your logo, placement, sizing, and garment details so you know exactly what to expect. Approving the mockup confirms that everything is correct and ready to move into production.

 

What is a mockup?

A mockup is a digital preview of your order. It includes:

  • your logo or artwork
  • decoration method (embroidery, print, patch, appliqué)

  • any notes or special instructions

When do I receive my mockup?

You’ll receive your mockup after:

  • we review your artwork
  • we confirm garment availability
  • your quote is approved and deposit is received
