Ordering is simple. Once we review your artwork and garment choices, we’ll send a clear quote with all details included — no setup fees, no art charges, and no surprises. When you approve the quote, we order the garments, schedule production, and keep you updated along the way.
How do I place an order?
Start with our quote form. Include:
- your logo
- the garments you’re interested in
- quantities
- any deadlines
We’ll review everything and send back a custom quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin all orders. This allows us to:
- order your garments
- reserve production time
- begin artwork prep and digitizing
The remaining balance is due when your order is complete.
When is payment due?
- 50% deposit to start
- Remaining balance at pickup or before shipping
We accept all major payment methods.
Do you charge setup fees or art fees?
No.
There are no setup fees and no art charges — digitizing, cleanup, and production‑ready artwork are all included.
How do I approve my order?
Before anything goes into production, you’ll receive:
- a digital mockup
- garment details
- decoration method
- placement and sizing
Once you approve the mockup, we begin production.
Can I make changes after approving the mockup?
Small changes are usually fine if production hasn’t started yet. Once garments are ordered or decoration has begun, changes may affect the timeline or require a new quote.
How long does the whole process take?
Most orders follow this timeline:
- Quote — 1–2 business days
- Mockup approval — depends on how quickly you respond
- Garment sourcing — typically 2–5 business days
- Production — based on decoration method
- Embroidery: 7–14 business days
- Printed apparel: 7–14 business days
- Woven appliqué: 10–14 business days
- Patches: 14–21 business days
- Sticker patches: 7–10 business days

Can I reorder later?
Yes. Once we’ve decorated your logo, reorders are simple. Just tell us what you need and we’ll pull your artwork and details from our system.
