Returns & Exchanges
Every order is custom‑made, so returns and exchanges work a little differently than retail. Once garments are decorated, they can’t be restocked or reused. We stand behind our work and make sure every order is checked carefully before it leaves our shop.
Can I return custom items?
Because every item is decorated specifically for your order, custom items are not eligible for returns. This includes embroidery, printed apparel, patches, woven appliqué, and any other custom decoration.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something doesn’t look right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and make it right if:
- the decoration doesn’t match the approved mockup
- the wrong garment or color was used
- there is a defect in the decoration or garment
We do not remake items due to sizing issues, personal preference, or changes after approval.
Can I exchange sizes?
Once garments are decorated, size exchanges aren’t possible. To avoid sizing issues:
- we provide size charts
- you can request a blank sample before ordering
- we can help guide you on fit
This keeps everything accurate before production begins.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before garments are ordered or production begins.
Once garments are ordered or decoration has started, cancellations may not be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged during shipping?
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll work with the carrier and replace anything affected.
How do I report an issue?
Send us a message with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photos if applicable
We’ll review everything quickly and follow up with next steps.
