Turnaround & Minimums

Turnaround times and minimums vary depending on the decoration method, the garment, and the size of the order. We keep things flexible, communicate clearly, and make sure you know what to expect before anything goes into production. If you have a deadline, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to meet it.

 

Embroidery

  • Minimums: No strict minimums. Small runs are welcome.
  • Turnaround: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on garment availability and order size.

Embroidery is done in‑house, which gives us flexibility on small orders and scheduling.

 

Printed Apparel

  • Minimums: Depends on the print method and number of colors. We keep minimums as low as possible.
  • Turnaround: Typically 7–14 business days.

Simple one‑color prints can often be done in smaller batches. Full‑color prints may require a slightly higher minimum.

 

Woven Appliqué

  • Minimums: Flexible. Small runs are possible depending on size and artwork.
  • Turnaround: Typically 10–14 business days.

Because each appliqué is sewn down in‑house, we can accommodate smaller quantities without forcing large orders.

 

Patches (Woven, Embroidered, Chenille, Sequin, Sublimated)

  • Minimums: Vary by patch style. We keep them as low as possible.
  • Turnaround: 14–21 business days.

Patch production takes time — once patches arrive, we apply them in‑house for a clean, consistent finish.

 

Sticker Patches

  • Minimums: Flexible and based on size and artwork.
  • Turnaround: Typically 7–10 business days.

Sticker patches are one of the fastest and most affordable options for events and handouts.

 

Rush Orders

If you have a hard deadline, let us know. We can often adjust the schedule or recommend the decoration method that best fits your timeline. Rush orders incur a 25% up charge,
