    We show up, set up The Cap Bar™, and press custom caps live at your event. Guests walk away with a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

We work with you before your event to design a custom patch set and select caps that fit your occasion perfectly. Every detail is intentional, from the caps on the table to the patches your guests choose. Ideal for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and branded activations where every detail matters.

    Looking for something more open-ended? Ask us about our Open Bar format — a full library of caps and patches for guests to explore freely. It offers the same live pressing experience and quality, with more variety and spontaneity for parties, festivals, and public events.

THE CAP BAR™ FAQ

BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

How far in advance do I need to book?
All Cap Bar activations require a minimum of 45 days advance notice. The earlier you book, the better your date selection.

How do I secure my date?
Select your date on the calendar and complete the $500 deposit at checkout. Your date is not held until the deposit is received — first deposit, first served.

Can I change my date after booking?
Date changes are allowed with a minimum of 30 days notice and are subject to availability. Changes within 30 days may forfeit the deposit.

What if my date is already taken?
Greyed-out dates are already booked. Select an available date or contact us about the cancellation waitlist.

What is THE CAP BAR™ experience?
THE CAP BAR™ is a curated activation where every cap, patch, and detail is selected specifically for your event through a collaborative consultation.

What if I want a more open, free-choice experience?
Our Open Bar format lets guests choose freely from our full cap selection and complete patch library. Reach out and we’ll help decide what fits your crowd.

What types of events is THE CAP BAR™ best for?
Weddings, corporate events, sports and leagues, nonprofit galas, brand activations, and community events. If there are people, there’s a reason for THE CAP BAR™.

What makes it different?
Guests choose it, watch it get made, and wear it out the door. It’s not a giveaway — it’s an experience.

Is there a minimum guest count?
Our minimum activation is 25 guests.

THE GUEST EXPERIENCE & PATCH DESIGN

What’s the experience like?
Guests select a curated cap and one of 2–3 custom patches; the patch is heat-pressed in less than 60 seconds, cooled, brushed, inspected, and personally handed off.

What cap styles are available?
Structured and unstructured styles, snapbacks, dad hats, and more, curated to your brand and guest profile.

How many patch designs are included?
Standard activations include 2 designs; weddings and activations over 50 guests include 3 curated designs.

How does design work?
Your coordinator starts within 2–3 business days of deposit. You receive a proof, with up to 3 revision rounds. Vector, PNG, and PDF artwork are welcome — rough ideas are welcome too.

When are designs due?
Patch design and cap selections must be finalized 21 days before the event.

SETUP, UPGRADES, PRICING & PARTNERSHIPS

What do I provide on-site?
A standard power outlet and a 10x10 footprint. We bring the press, supplies, signage, and team.

Do you travel?
Events within 100 miles travel free; beyond 100 miles incur a $200 travel fee. Overnight accommodations are covered by the host.

What upgrades are available?
Premier Activation adds personal embroidery; Sticker Patch adds peel-and-stick patches at $4 each; POC Patch Library adds the complete patch library.

What does the $500 deposit cover?
It reserves your date, starts design and pre-production, and applies toward your activation cost. It is non-refundable but transferable with 30+ days notice.

When is final payment due?
14 days before the event, after cap selection and patch approval.

Can we partner with THE CAP BAR™?
For qualifying traveling events, we can handle the activation and share 10% of activation revenue with your organization. Reach out to discuss a custom partnership.
