This purchase covers one Standard Logo Digitizing design at $45. For two standard designs, select quantity 2. This is a digitizing service, not a physical embroidered cap or garment.

Artwork Submission

Upload your artwork with your order and provide the following details:

• Finished embroidery size, including width and height and your measurement units.
• Intended fabric or item being embroidered.
• Your preferred embroidery machine file format.

What You Receive

Your completed files are delivered by email and include an embroidery machine file in your chosen format and a PDF production run sheet for each design. Please provide the email address where you would like your completed files sent.

2026 Digitizing Rates

• Standard Logo Digitizing — $45 per design: Clean logos, 1–3 colors, no tiny text, no gradients. Perfect for left-chest embroidery and simple brand marks. Designs intended for cap embroidery require the cap-specific add-on below.
• Premium Logo Digitizing — $65: Detailed logos, small text, higher stitch counts, and multi-color layouts. Ideal for retail brands, interior decorators, and boutique-level work.
• Complex / Specialty Digitizing — $85–$125: Gradients, 3D puff, jacket-back scale, intricate fills, or multi-placement versions. For high-end projects, event merchandise, and advanced production needs.
• Cap-Specific Digitizing — +$10: Additional digitizing adjustments for cap embroidery, including curved-surface compensation and density mapping. Optimized for clean cap sew-outs, with compensation for curved surfaces.
• Rush Turnaround — +$25: Same-day or overnight digitizing.
